I am using 3.4.5
new to this theme so please bear with me.

i can't find where to change the size of the font, and the color on the titles of
each page.
also the size of the font in the widgets (side bars) is way too big.
where do i change that also.

and where can i change the font and size for the whole content of the blog text/articles.

In what options of the theme have you TRIED already?

I have tried ( by trial and error)all tabs of:
"Overall Styling & config."
"Header Area"

and looked at other settings that might pertain to font size,style etc.
also checked the "widgets" setting as the font in that column is very large

any direction would be helpful

ok i got to the correct settings. but i don't see anywhere to adjust the size/ font etc what exactly would i put in the blank areas?
and don't see any where to "change font size'?

is this theme meant for folks what have a good grasp of html and coding?
as the terminology is under the assumption that we all understand..
maybe that is why there are so many questions and redundant at that.

Yes you have to know some CSS because that is what you are doing , changing CSS. So them more about CSS you know, the better you will be able to change things to the way you want them.

There is an invaluable web site I use, all the time, to get CSS syntax: http://www.w3schools.com/css
you can ever play with examples and make changes on the fly.
