I read it all, i tried it all but nothing works.
I want to center everything on my iphone. The Header, the Posts, the Footer.

Try the mobile stylesheet on the Lazyest Stylesheet plugin.

go to MTO->Export Import and copy your settings to a file then attach the file to a reply

That file is not a valid export - did you save it with a text editor or word processor?
and are you using a language translation for WP?

I saved it with Textedit on my imac.
I am using a german wp version which was preinstalled by the hosting company.
I attached a new file.
