Best place to start (Gold Member)

Hi - I have recently downloaded the Atahualpa theme to a site I have had for a couple of years - I wanted something a little more custom built. As a result I have got myself in a bit of a mess. I had a header made by someone at Fiverr - but I don't really like it. I have tried to configure various parts of the theme in the back office but I am struggling to make the theme look professional. I have donated to be a gold member and wonder what help I can get from the forum. My website which currently looks awful is www.your-healthy-options.com.
