Hacked? Google links to medicine sites / my site

My site http://www.caferoyalbooks.com appears to have been hacked - I only noticed this by looking at my referring links.

If you google http://www.caferoyalbooks.com including the http://, it comes up with lots of links to my site but makes it look like my site is selling cheap viagra etc etc - which it isn't! ha!

I've been through steps mentioned in other 'Hacked' topics on this forum and online. Everything is up to date. Plugin use is minimal and I've deleted all my other themes. I've changed my WP p/w and looked at the code of each Atahualpa file but can't see anything obviously suspicious.

When googling my site [full domain] it links to specific posts almost like the code is affecting everything or the meta data or something.
