My website consists of mostly static pages and uses the "category post" widget on the sidebar for "post" related features.
I want to add a "got idea" capability to my website to allow visitor to post an idea, vote on an idea, view comment, and add comment to the idea. I am not sure how to go about doing this as I am still learning my way around Wordpress and Atahualpa theme (btw I love what I seem so far and will donate once I am employed). Any guidance you can provide is greatly appreciated.

There will be no more development for Atahualpa (or any other theme), and no support. Also no new registrations. I turned off the donation system. I may turn the forum to read only if it gets abused for spam. Unfortunately I have no time for the forum or the themes.
