[SOLVED] Styling Menu Bar

OK, you'll notice that I have a black strip containing my "About" link as well as another link. The strip containing the "About" link is just slightly thinner than the box containing the "About" link. I need to make the long black strip thicker... how do I do that? Thank you!!
