Wordpress Themes - WP Forum at BFA

There will be no more development for Atahualpa (or any other theme), and no support. Also no new registrations. I turned off the donation system. I may turn the forum to read only if it gets abused for spam. Unfortunately I have no time for the forum or the themes. How to upload photo to sidebar using theme options?

I'd like to upload my photo to appear in the top of the left sidebar. I know how to use FTP, but I'm not sure if there's a way to do it through the theme options rather than through FTP. What's the best way to accomplish this?
