Wordpress Themes - WP Forum at BFA
There will be no more development for Atahualpa (or any other theme), and no support. Also no new registrations. I turned off the donation system. I may turn the forum to read only if it gets abused for spam. Unfortunately I have no time for the forum or the themes. Thanks a lot to the people who helped in all these years, especially Larry and of course: Paul. Take care and stay healthy -- Flynn, Atahualpa developer, Sep 2021

you can make a post a 'sticky' so it always shows first - this is a WordPress post option under 'visability'

no, a sticky is a sticky.

however there are things you could do. If you are creating a category page, you could
1) put code in the 'above the LOOP' to display something when you are on a certian page - or
2) if you are creating a 'page' and using a plugin to display the category, hard code the info on the page - or
3) adapt the 'announcement' box idea explained in the 'How To' section of the gold forum (you must donate to get access)

Can you give me a hint as to where the above the loop is? I've seen it but... can't find it again. OY, this stuff is so hard to navigate...
