Wordpress Themes - WP Forum at BFA
There will be no more development for Atahualpa (or any other theme), and no support. Also no new registrations. I turned off the donation system. I may turn the forum to read only if it gets abused for spam. Unfortunately I have no time for the forum or the themes. Thanks a lot to the people who helped in all these years, especially Larry and of course: Paul. Take care and stay healthy -- Flynn, Atahualpa developer, Sep 2021

additional widget area styling

I recognize I'm asking for a "fish" here, but would someone please explain to me what the actual text of my css insert should be in order to adjust the cells in this table?

All I'm trying to do is bump up the "cellspacing", but cannot for the life of me get it to work.
If you can give me a single example, I'll be able to figure it out for the other 11 widget areas...

<table id="mainwidget1" class="bfa_widget_area" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" border="0" style="table-layout:fixed;width:100%">

I've tried:

.mainwidget1_1{
padding: 5px;
{

table.mainwidget1_1 {
padding: 5px;
{

#mainwidget1_1 .bfa_widget_area {
cellspacing: 5px;
{

and nearly every other mix up I can think of...

Thank you in advance for the help!
