There will be no more development for Atahualpa (or any other theme), and no support. Also no new registrations. I turned off the donation system. I may turn the forum to read only if it gets abused for spam. Unfortunately I have no time for the forum or the themes. How to change background colors in post titles and widget titles and boxes

I would like to have the background color of my post titles a color and would also like to have color in my widget titles. When I try to change the color in the theme options boxes it doesn't work. any suggestions would be appreciated.
