WP Posts and Meta Tags

Hi Guys,

I just noticed something whenever I share my posts from wp to social networks such as Facebook and Linkedin. My page title and meta descriptions don't show up. Instead they display my url as a title seotaoist.com and the post title e.g. www.seotaoist.com/about-seo-taoist/

What can be causing this? There are other articles that work though.
