Default blocks in center page widget area instead of black bullets.

Hi all

As the thread title says I need to change the black bullets in the new widget areas in the center page I have on my front page to the default blocks as in the side bars.

I'm sure there is already an answer out there, but I'm going word blind looking at all the threads already out there and getting somewhat frustrated. So if some kind soul can point me in the right direction I would be very grateful.
