how do i make 2 hor lines under menu bar?

Hi there,

Can anyone pls tell me how to make two horizontal lines under the Menu bar? One of my pages is displaying it properly, like this.

However, the rest of the other pages have only one line across like this:

What CSS inserts have you used or post and page styling? On the pages without the two lines showing there is a margin at the very top of the page and the menu bar is covering the topmost border in horbar1.

how about this, add %bar2 to your header configuration and style it with the following

HTML Code:

height: 2px;
background: #ffffff;
border: solid 1px red;

sytling goes at ATO->Style & edit HEADER AREA->Horizontal Bar 2: Styling)
