I don't know if it's problem with the theme or plugin, so just post it here.

Today I check for broken link on my site using Xenu. Out at expected there have lot of them and problem from the same source:

Sorry, I know I used the latest version as I always check for update but cannot find which number it is

Finally found it in the dashboard: WP 3.3.1 and Atahualpa 3.7.3

What is your permalinks set to and have you tried disabling ALL your plugins and running that test?
