Three sites that I've created in the past, and for whom there is no-one else administering them, have (in the last 24hrs or so) stopped showing their customised header images and replaced them with the defaults.
I have not upgraded the theme, Wordpress, or the sites before this happened.
Whats behind it and how do I ensure this kind of thing can't happen again?

There will be no more development for Atahualpa (or any other theme), and no support. Also no new registrations. I turned off the donation system. I may turn the forum to read only if it gets abused for spam. Unfortunately I have no time for the forum or the themes.
