[SOLVED] how to make the whole blog Times/serif?

Hi, I'm working on http://www.scagliola.biz/types-of-scagliola/

I've changed some of the fonts to serif ones but I can't get the body to stick.

on Overall Style & Config/Body Text and Links I have
font-family: "Times New Roman", Times, serif;
font-size: 13px;
line-height: 1.5;
color: #000000;
background: #fff url('<?php bloginfo('template_directory'); ?>/images/background7.png') repeat-x top left;

On Posts and Pages/Body Box I have
font-family: "Times New Roman", Times, serif;

any help would be much appreciated
