The site was hacked, and after everything was straightened out, Atahualpa was deleted, and then reinstalled with a fresh (and updated) version.

Now, the site throws these PHP errors:

The header, menus and footer do not appear.

I've done everything I can think of, but no luck. Also, the pulldown options within Atahualpa options are blank:
