Have a contact form split into two columns

Hi,
I always have used contact form 7 for my Contact forms and in the past i was able to split the form into two columns.

The last version of the plugin doesn't allow me to do that.
They HTML use to be in separate columns you could style but now is not like that anymore

Could anyone tell me about a contact form plugin I could split into two columns and also created a rounded corners too.

I use gravity forms

Hi,
thank you very much.
I thought that would be a good option too, but I need a plugin I can translate everything to another language, I can do that with Contact form 7 for exemple. I asked to Gravity form support and it seems they have translations but only for a few languages. They do not have catalan for exemple and many times I need that.
It seems at the moment I will carry on with Conctact form 7 and I am going to change the design I wanted.
