Changing the excerpts and thumbnails layout

Hi,

I would like to make the excerpts on my site look like the ones on the Studiopress 'Lifestyle' theme :

(scroll down to where you see the excerpts for the 'Music' category)

Basically, I want to have the thumbnail displayed on the left with the post title and excerpt appearing next to it (as opposed to having the post title appearing above the thumbnail).

If anyone has done this with Atahualpa I would appreciate a little help or if at least someone knows where the code is for the excerpts I can try to figure it out from there...
