I am trying to get the Hover Plug-in <http://bc-bd.org/blog/hover/> to work with the atahualpa theme.
I am using WP version 3.0 and Atuhualpa 3.5.1.

The hover plug-in replaces keywords with links and optional onmouseover() popups. It works just fine if I use the default theme for WP but breaks when I switch to Atahualpa (and many other themes).

An example of it not working is here <http://www.englishwithrae.com/2010/06/03/the-memory-of-an-elephant/>. In the middle of the post is the word "grudge" - it is underlined as it is supposed to be and the cursor changes to a ? mark as expected but the pop-up does not appear.

By the way - I am already aware that everything works correctly in Firefox, but I need to know how to get it working in all browser/platform combinations.

This is most likely a java conflict and if it is also failing with other themes, then it's a wide spread issue. You should contact the plug-in developer and seek help from them.
