How can I change the text in the left hand side bar from "Categories" to be lower case "categories"

Is this controlled by the widget editor?
If so what command do I need to use?

I also tried editing it in the Category Menu Bar.

Also is there some sort of Map that helps to explain what area of the theme is called? Often I'm not sure what the proper name is for the area I'm working on.

I'd like to do the same thing and can't figure it out- I'd love to know whay you did. Thanks
