Comments Questions -- Moving the Avatar, Reducing Long-Length Threads to 1 Page

I have two questions about Atahualpa Theme's comments:

(1) Is there a way to move the avatar of the commenter (but not the commenter name or date) to the right side of the comment?

(2) Can long-length comment threads (50+) be set to all be on one page? Currently, they're dividing into separate pages by groups of 50s.
