I have created a center column top widget area and it works, but under the widget area it's always written "Home" and I don't succeed supressing this word.

creating the widget area has been done with that code : "<?php bfa_widget_area('name=Center Top widget area'); ?>" as written in "Center Column Top - widget area", from Atahualpa Theme options"

That 'Home" is the page name - your home page

So, how can I hide that page name ?

I'd start by doing a search in the forum - this has been answered before.
