i'd like to insert a widget within a animated text inside, something that every 3 second change a different phrase.
i dindnt found anything in plugin...
can someone help me?

What they have in the code is a flash movie being displayed.

I can give you a couple suggestions
1) Do something similar, make a flash movie to be displayed in the post (hardness: ?? I've not used flash directly)
2) make the text into jpeg's and then use something like the NextGen plugin's slideshow to rotate the 'photos' of text. Adding aslide show to a post with this plugin is pretty simple.
3) ohhh I just tried this and like it) use a rotating text widget like flexi-quote-rotator (http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/.../installation/)
