There will be no more development for Atahualpa (or any other theme), and no support. Also no new registrations. I turned off the donation system. I may turn the forum to read only if it gets abused for spam. Unfortunately I have no time for the forum or the themes. my-category-order plugin order by 'order' not working

Hello.
I want to order the category menu by 'order'. I am using the my-category-order plugin and selecting 'order' for 'Sort Category Menu Bar by' in the theme options. However it sorts by ID. Ordering by name, id or count does work.
I'm using version 3.3.3.
Any ideas?
