There will be no more development for Atahualpa (or any other theme), and no support. Also no new registrations. I turned off the donation system. I may turn the forum to read only if it gets abused for spam. Unfortunately I have no time for the forum or the themes. Need to create a menu you bar similar to this

Hi, I hope someone can help! i am trying to make my page menu bar look like the one from this website

My website is www.hingunited.com and I am curious if i can just use a plugin or if i have to design it myself. Hope you can help!!
