There will be no more development for Atahualpa (or any other theme), and no support. Also no new registrations. I turned off the donation system. I may turn the forum to read only if it gets abused for spam. Unfortunately I have no time for the forum or the themes. Should I Install W3 Total Cache Before My Plugins & Theme For Wordpress!

I've got a newbie question should I install W3 Total Cache before
my plugins & theme or after there installed.

Doesn't matter. You just have to be aware that some caching plugins will need to be deactivated when developing your site so changes show up properly.
