There will be no more development for Atahualpa (or any other theme), and no support. Also no new registrations. I turned off the donation system. I may turn the forum to read only if it gets abused for spam. Unfortunately I have no time for the forum or the themes. Previous/Next post nav not displaying at bottom of page

I'm using the atahualpa theme on http://madisonpto.org. The newer/older entries navigation is only displaying at the top of the page even though I have "top and bottom" selected in the previous/next navigation settings. Any help on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.
