Wordpress Themes - WP Forum at BFA
There will be no more development for Atahualpa (or any other theme), and no support. Also no new registrations. I turned off the donation system. I may turn the forum to read only if it gets abused for spam. Unfortunately I have no time for the forum or the themes. Thanks a lot to the people who helped in all these years, especially Larry and of course: Paul. Take care and stay healthy -- Flynn, Atahualpa developer, Sep 2021

Fading Background Image

I thought this might exist already on the forum but I couldn't find it. Has anyone had success implementing a fading background image? Basically, something like the rotating header image but something for the entire background.

I'm thinking there's probably a way to do it using a JQuery plugin like Premium Slider. There's also the Better Backgrounds plugin, though I've read it has some compatibility issues with Atahualpa 3.7.1.

One thing I thought about was using a slider plugin and activating the right sidebar, giving it an actual width of 1 px and just having the actual image be gigantic, big enough to cover just about any resolution.
