Hi, I have blog that is at http://metricmine.com/blog/ and I want to move it to http://metricmine.com/

I have customized Atahualpa 3.4.1 quite a bit - is there an easy way to move? I am new to Wordpress.

PS Can someone provide me a little bit of support to help me figure out why I don't see "Home" as one of the pages - it seems out of the box what I got for "Home" should have gone under "Blog" and there is other content I want to put under "Home" which is not a blog at all but rather my web site home page.

OK I see from this post that one way to do it is by SQL export/import. But if all I want to do is move it from one folder to another on the same installation, would the recommendation still be the same?
