Wordpress Themes - WP Forum at BFA

There will be no more development for Atahualpa (or any other theme), and no support. Also no new registrations. I turned off the donation system. I may turn the forum to read only if it gets abused for spam. Unfortunately I have no time for the forum or the themes. How can I get rid of lines above and below the header?

How can I get rid of lines above and below the header?

I've tried a whole bunch of things to make those lines disappear but nothings has worked. I'm also still not able to make my header height enough to show my whole header. But first things first. Any ideas about my first question?
