I need to move my site from Blogger to Wordpress and my friend recommended me to use ThemeFrame. Which Themes child that suitable for news style blog? Thank you very much

Thesis and Genesis are themes/theme frameworks. Themeframe is, as Juggledad mentioned, a theme creation tool.

Unless you are referring to Themeframe2, the premium "theme"? It was launched, but is back in the machine shop getting tweaked. I have a feeling it may have a new name when it's relaunched, the confusion will drive us all mad.
