I'm having the same issue as this gentleman but I'm not having any success.

Specifically, where should the code be placed. Should it be in the loop area at the top or bottom, or in the 'above the loop' , 'below the loop', or in the "main Index Template' as IDX recommends.

I have followed the instructions in the thread referenced - just a little confused about exactly where the code should go.

Where specifically are you confused? RealtorNathan gave pretty exact details as to where to put the codes. I'm not sure how to clarify.
