Centering Title, Tagline and Image

I am trying to center my title and tagline on my site, www.304racing.com, but nothing I have tried seems to work. My title image is centered and the title itself os to the left of the image.....

Under ATO>Style & Edit HEADER AREA I have:

Configure Header Area:
%image %page-center

Logo Area: Style: align: center;
height: 15px;
background: #ffffff;

Blog Title:
align: center;
height: 15px;
background: #ffffff;

Where do I go from here?
