Wordpress Themes - WP Forum at BFA

There will be no more development for Atahualpa (or any other theme), and no support. Also no new registrations. I turned off the donation system. I may turn the forum to read only if it gets abused for spam. Unfortunately I have no time for the forum or the themes. How to put email notification subscription in posts?

I've been looking all over but I can't figure this out for the life of me. I tried using Post Notification plug-in but I can't get it to show up. Can anyone direct me to a plug-in that would work or have any idea what I might need to do?
