Multi Post Title as H1 not H2

Ata SEO option of Make Post/Page Titles H1?

"On all multi post pages (such as homepage, category pages, etc.), the post titles will still be H2 and the blog title will be H1."

Is there a way to make the post title H1?

If not, how can I get the blog title displayed on the page as a H1?
