I have created new widget area in Footer. I want to display this widget on homepage only. How I can do it?

There are several ways. One was is to create two CSS Selectors/rules targeting this element. On the first put 'display: block;' on the second put 'display:none;' and add 'body.home' as the beginning part of the second selector/rule

I did not understand this method. Could you describe another ways?

you could add logic to the code creating the widget to only display it on the home page.

You could also add a plugin such as Display Widgets that lets you hide or show what you put in the widget area on certain pages.

I understood about Display widget plugin. But could you describe in details what you mean about "ADD logic code"?

Logic code is described here but if you are using 3.6.7 this will not work.

It means I can make it by Display widget plugin only? What's right?

The display widget plugin will give you fields on all your widgets to let you choose which pages they show. You should just install it and take a look. That will make it clear.
