[SOLVED] %image %pages %image - is this possible?

Hi guys!

I have designed a site that has an image at the top of each page, then the pages menu bar, then second image below the menu bar.

Is it possible to set up the header this way?

If not, then I'm thinking the header and pages menu bar in the header, then add the second image with different setting. Would that be the Center Column?

How is the best way to configure this?

Attached is a JPG of what I am trying to do.
