this problem only occurs in IE and Safari.
In IE the image show with scroll bars and the link is not available.
In Safari the link is available but the pointer does not change.

Thank you. I had been cleaning up the code errors ("_self"/") but hadn't changed the image code.
That has fixed the problem in IE by using (img src).
