Hi -- I'd like to show a child category as a top-level link in the category menu bar -- is there a way?

For example, if I have as categories:

Parent One
Parent Two
-- Parent Two Child One

I want this in the menu bar:

Parent One | Child One

Excluding the category for Parent Two eliminates all categories!

have you tried ATO-> Category Menu Bar->Exclude categories from Category Menu Bar?
