There will be no more development for Atahualpa (or any other theme), and no support. Also no new registrations. I turned off the donation system. I may turn the forum to read only if it gets abused for spam. Unfortunately I have no time for the forum or the themes. site won't load live but works fine in wp-admin

site won't load live but works fine in wp-admin

using wp 3.3.2 and Ata 3.7.6
Logged into wp=admin all works fine. When I load the site from non logged in tab (in Chrome or on smartphone) all I get is

cgi-bin/
wp-config.php
wp
any cluse.

Had just rebuilt site from a reloaded wordpress from Cpanel Softalculous auto-intsaller. Not sure if have the index and wp.configs in right folders so this may be the problem but lost really. Any ideas?
