Ok when I go to my dummy page:

The blog heading is in green and it says "Your admin was set up with you in mind" but when I refresh the page or go to
http://cwic-solutions.co.uk/ya_test/home/
The blog title changes words...it changes to black writing and the logo I deleted re-appears in the bottom right....
Any ideas why it is doing this?
I cleared my cache and history etc??

There will be no more development for Atahualpa (or any other theme), and no support. Also no new registrations. I turned off the donation system. I may turn the forum to read only if it gets abused for spam. Unfortunately I have no time for the forum or the themes.
