I'm running WP 3.0.1 with Atahualpa 3.4.3. I've tried everything I know to upgrade to any newer version up to 3.5.3.
Turned off all plugins
Manual Upgrade
Auto upgrade
Each time I get the same result. Nothing but a bulleted menu of my pages on a white page.
If I switch back to V 3.4.3 all is restored.
Does anyone have any experience like this?
FYI I've upgraded another different site with no issue on the same server environment. So besides plugins, what else can interfere when upgrading?

There will be no more development for Atahualpa (or any other theme), and no support. Also no new registrations. I turned off the donation system. I may turn the forum to read only if it gets abused for spam. Unfortunately I have no time for the forum or the themes.
