I am trying to change the link text in the menu to a red but when I click on the red under link color it gives me either a grey or a white (I couldn't tell) I cant seem to figure out exactly where to change those word to different colors

If you are looking to change color of the menubar links go to ATO->Page Menu Bar->Link Color. Try entering 'EB1F10' for a nice red. This is the color before you move the mouse over it, if you want to change that color, change the 'Link Color: Hover' option
