Wordpress Themes - WP Forum at BFA
There will be no more development for Atahualpa (or any other theme), and no support. Also no new registrations. I turned off the donation system. I may turn the forum to read only if it gets abused for spam. Unfortunately I have no time for the forum or the themes. Thanks a lot to the people who helped in all these years, especially Larry and of course: Paul. Take care and stay healthy -- Flynn, Atahualpa developer, Sep 2021

Hi,

I want to edit the page/text that appears automatically when prompting log-in on a password protected page.

I'm using Atahualpa 3.6.1, and presently the following text appears by default: "This post is password protected. To view it please enter your password below:"

Any ideas, folks?

Thanks.

Switch to twenty ten theme and see if the same message shows. If it does, then you need to dig into the wordpress code to change it because it's not a theme issue

I would like to change that text too.
I searched all the php files and I couldn't find this wording:
"This content is password protected. To view it please enter your password below:"
Any tips for me?
Thanks,
Llyane

You searched all the WordPress php files and couldn't find it????? Really, then your install must be messed up.

Note: This is NOT A THEME issue, it is part of the wordpress code. You will not find it in any of the theme files.
