Hi all,

can I display the comment excerpts only in atahualpa? I mean I'd like to display only maybe be first 300 characters of the comments with a read more or something like that on my post pages. Cos some people do put a lot of words into the comments

Is there any way to do that?

look at the 'Excerpts' options in the theme

I looked there and I think I only saw options bout post and page excerpts. I didn't see any options bout comment excerpts there.

Am I missing something here?

There is nothing in Atahualpa to show 'comment' excerpts (nor even in Twenty-ten).

even the Wordpress function comment_excerpt()

Displays an excerpt (maximum of 20 words) of a comment's text.

You might look for a plugin...
