I downloaded Atahualpa353 today (several times to check it wasn't a download problem) and installed it on a new site. The site is http://acrossthetracks.co.uk. Although the theme appears to be installed properly when I activate it, all I get is the following line of text: "Powered by WordPress & the Atahualpa Theme by BytesForAll. Discuss on our WP Forum"

Since this is a new site, go to the dashboard->appearance->ato->export/import settings and press the 'Delete bfa_ata4' button then check again
