[SOLVED] Dashes on menu bar under header

On the left and right side on the menu bar 'Home and Contact us' there are white dashes
I would like to remove these

Please any guidance I would be grateful

Juggledad i added below to css inserts, the dashes have disappeared

div#menu1 {
border: solid #3E7C3F;
}

You can close this thread now (if I have the above correct)

if it works, it's a correct solution
