There will be no more development for Atahualpa (or any other theme), and no support. Also no new registrations. I turned off the donation system. I may turn the forum to read only if it gets abused for spam. Unfortunately I have no time for the forum or the themes. [SOLVED] Header configuration issue

i am having issues with www.izabelafouere.com and would appreciate any help.

how can i move the menu below the header ?
how can i have the header picture appear correctly when the browser is not set to 100% ? the picture gets cut off.
