Different header images on different pages

Hi,

I can see from the forum this has been covered before but can not find an answer to my question.

I would like different image(s) on different pages.

I have tried the Dynamic Headers plugin but that loses all the features from ATA such as the opacity settings.

I would simply like ATA to look for a page directory under the current header directory, if found it uses that if not it uses the default header directory.

Any ideas where to start. I've looked through the code but need a few pointers.
